This is a family friendly environment.  Good sportsmanship is required. Refunds are not issued if you are ejected.  


STATE TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN INFORMATION


CHECK-IN LOCATION: Meeting Room, Estero Community Park Rec Center

FRIDAY 6:00-9:00 PM
SATURDAY 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

ALL PLAYERS OF YOUR TEAM ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN TOGETHER AS A TEAM.

YOU MUST HAVE PRE-PRINTED SCORE SHEETS FOR ALL GAMES AND THEY MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN AND APPROVED FOR USE. You WILL NOT be allowed to fill-in score sheets at game locations. Score sheets must be printed and approved at check-in. Absolutely no names may be handwritten onto score sheets for the state tournament. Handwritten score sheets will be grounds for forfeiting games.

 All Coaches must be ACA APPROVED
 

You MUST have a copy of your official roster printed off of the www.usamateurbasketball.com site, that has your players stamped and approved.  This is mandatory to play.

Every team MUST have a signed copy of our Florida Policies and Procedures as well as a signed copy of the National Rules in their team book. Visit Rules section to print your copy of each.

You MUST have for every player:

Birth Certificate
Report Card
Current Picture

Any player missing any one of the requirements will not be able to play.

Any teams not showing up to check-in, during the check-in times will forfeit all games.

All coaches MUST be a member of the ACA. If you do not have your card you will not be allowed to sit on the bench.

All players must accompany their coach to check-in for the State Tournament.

Double Check to be sure you have everything:

1. Official US Amateur Basketball Printable Roster with all players stamped and approved. (*No new players can be added at State Tournament, see rule 5.13 of FL State rules).
2. Signed Copy of the Florida Policies and Procedures
3. Signed Copy of National Rules

4. Birth Certificates for every player
5. Grade/Report Cards for every player
6. Current Pictures for every player
7. ACA cards for all coaches

8. Copies of completed hotel forms are required at check-in. It is required that you fax or email the  HOTEL FORM.doc in advance to Leecountysports3@gmail.com (Fax 239-541-1803) and bring a copy to be presented at check-in for verification. Forms will be available at check-in, but will expedite your check-in process if this is already completed and submitted. No players will be allowed to check in until the hotel form is completed and verified.


*Rule 5.13 The official roster for the state tournament is set and frozen at the last qualifying tournament a team participates in prior to the state tournament.

No NEW players may be added at State Tournament Check-In.
